CLASSIFICATIONS OF A CORPORATE EVENT
Below you will find the criteria that determine if the guests or activity you want to see at World Headquarters should be considered a Corporate Event. If you find yourself saying yes to any of these criteria, you will be required to fill out the request form and Mobilization will decide if the event should fall within their domain.
By completing this form and the event being approved by Mobilization, you understand that the event is being handled by that domain. You will still be involved in the planning and logistics of the event, but all timeline decisions and correspondence will be from the Director of Corporate Events.

Will there be guests invited from outside of our WHQ team?
Will there be specific media needs- such as recording, photography, A/V support, special media equipment?
Will volunteers need to be present to help during the event?
Are hours required outside on Monday - Thursday, 8:30AM - 4:30PM?
This request form should be completed and submitted to the Mobilization Domain 6-weeks from the proposed event. If this is not submitted within that timeframe the request will be denied, unless approved by the Executive Officers.
The Mobilization Domain has the right to deny or reschedule any request for a Corporate Event because of workload, domain employee scheduling, or previously scheduled events.
